This may seem easy, but how is this started? That is what this workshop will help you begin. This workshop will show you how to develop a healthy routine to begin reaching those goals.

* Find the Positive Moments of the Day
* Reduce Stress
* Increase Positive Mood
This workshop will get you started towards an organized life to help you attain your new life goals.

All no-shows or canceled/rescheduled within 2 hours will be charged 100% of the session cost.
