- What is a Chakra? We will begin by exploring the energetic body as a whole. We will also cover the first Chakra. - We will begin with the second chakra. We will talk with the chakra and learn the needs of the chakra. This will be done with each of the seven chakras. - The Aura and bringing it all together This course is taught in one day. It is very intensive. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a pen, paper (journal/notebook), yoga mat, pillows, or blanket or whatever setup you prefer for meditation on the floor. Bring snacks (preferably with protein) and drinks - none are provided or on site.

Cancellation Policy
Any rescheduling or canceling of appointments must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the $30 late cancel/reschedule fee. All no-shows or canceled/rescheduled within 2 hours will be charged 100% of the session cost. All fees or balances must be paid prior to scheduling a new appointment.
