Here is a list of helpful products and videos. You don’t need to buy the exact one listed.
No dairy, gluten, or soy for three weeks.
Compression Socks
Compression of 25-35mm Gradient
Dry Brush

Dry Brush your body from the shoulders down twice daily. Avoid incisions and nipples.
https://amzn.to/40eR1yZ You will want to rinse off afterward.
Diaphragmatic Breathing
You need to do this every hour that you are awake. You will need to do 10 breaths.
Jade Rolling
This can be done if you have had facial or chin surgeries. Wait until any staples have been removed before beginning. This is not to be done hard - do it lightly. Do not put the roller in the freezer. https://youtu.be/jEwIWaaeG0Y?si=YZLbVwZO201oHdkb
Vive Mattress

This is an air mattress meant to prevent bed sores. This is helpful for many people.
Vulken Vibration Ball

Roll this around the abdomen for a tummy tuck or areas you have had lifts (not the face or neck). Keep on the lowest setting. Don’t use until you are at 3 weeks.
Happy Viking Protein Shakes

Remember - No gluten, soy, or dairy for the first 3 weeks. The flavor doesn’t matter. We prefer that you consume whole foods, but sometimes that can be difficult. You need a minimum of 100 g of protein. If you are male or heavier than 150 you will need to increase that to 125 mg. This is my preferred brand as it meets all the needs.
Prepare a larger batch by blending some fruit, then pour it into 8oz jars or containers. You can freeze them to create "ice cream," making it much easier to enjoy during the first week.
Oscillating Vibration Platform

It doesn’t have to be this exact one. This will be good beginning around week 4. Whole body vibration really helps move lymph. If you have had a BBL you can begin around 8-12 weeks. https://amzn.to/4gQcJRc or another option: https://amzn.to/3Pxi8k8
Portable Bidet

This takes some getting used to, so I recommend practicing with it before taking it to work. It really does make all the difference in the world having this. I have a toiletry bag with it. I have an extra water bottle in case I need more water while in the stall. I also have my microtowel in there as well. https://amzn.to/3PSNC45 and the microtowel: https://amzn.to/3EgKz3a
Cera Ve Healing Ointment

You need to keep your skin very hydrated. It needs to be supple. If the skin is too dry it will pull. If the skin pulls and you move the wrong way, you can pull an incision in the areas where the skin is already thin or in the “t” areas. You won’t use this on day one, but very shortly after you will. And you will “butterball” your body. Meaning you will put it all over the body. This prevents the body from pulling hydration from critical areas to help the body elsewhere (we don’t want to create even a small opportunity - even if this is a miniscule chance). https://amzn.to/4aMM4CD
