This course will meet weekly online for six weeks. The class will meet for about 2 - 2.5 hours every week.

Week One - What is a Chakra? We will begin by exploring the energetic body as a whole. We will also cover the first Chakra.
Week Two - We will begin with the second chakra. We will talk with the chakra and learn the needs of the chakra. This will be done with each of the seven chakras.
Week Three - This will be chakra three
Week Four - Chakras four and five
Week Five - Chakras six and seven
Week Six - The Aura and bringing it all together
