This course will meet weekly online for six weeks. The class will meet for about 2 - 2.5 hours every week.

• Week One - What is a Chakra? We will begin by exploring the energetic body as a whole. We will also cover the first Chakra.
• Week Two - We will begin with the second chakra. We will talk with the chakra and learn the needs of the chakra. This will be done with each of the seven chakras.
• Week Three - This will be chakra three
• Week Four - Chakras four and five
• Week Five - Chakras six and seven
• Week Six - The Aura and bringing it all together
